Additionally, every plan includes a minimum of 60 minutes of development time per month. Therefore, if you require a personalized feature that takes approximately 5 hours, we will request your consent to proceed and charge an additional 4 hours of development time.

Website downtime is triaged on a high priority basis. We will attempt to contact you regarding the downtime. There are two types of downtime. The first is a critical error or white page.  The second is 503 errors or not loading errors. If it is a first type of issue, we will begin to restore your site & get it back online. If it is a second type of issue, we will need to wait for your host and action by us will NOT be taken.
