Certainly. Our services cover everything mentioned and in case there are any problems with the maintenance services working on your website, we are committed to investing an almost unrestricted amount of time to ensure that the services are functioning properly.
Website downtime is triaged on a high priority basis. We will attempt to contact you regarding the downtime. There are two types of downtime. The first is a critical error or white page. The second is 503 errors or not loading errors. If it is a first type of issue, we will begin to restore your site & get it back online. If it is a second type of issue, we will need to wait for your host and action by us will NOT be taken.
Yes, monthly PDF reports will be available for you in your dashboard. This will show analytics, a list of plugins and themes updated, security reports, SEO health, and uptime.
